Balloon flight and other services can be held only in good weather conditions, the absence of rain and snow, visibility 10km and minimum wind speed not exceeding 15km / h (~ 4 m / s) regardless of the season.
In summer, hot air balloon flights are organized shortly after sunrise or 2 hours before sunset.
In winter we can fly over the day.
